Needle Rollers

Loose rollers are available in a range of lengths from 4.5mm to 100mm and diameters from
1.2mm to 11mm. Typically, 1055-C steel is used for dowel pin applications. Other materials
are also available. Please consult the factory for more information. Our engineering
department utilizes CAD/CAM and has state-of-the-art software to determine product
selection based on customer provided application data. Standard material for rollers is
SAE 52100 bearing quality chrome steel.

with flat or spherical ends. Relieved (or crowned) rollers are also available with either
flat or spherical ends. See illustration above. Our rollers are shipped bulk in corrosion
