Thrust Roller Bearings
Our engineers can manufacture controlled profile needles and assemble them into thrust cages. Current markets supplied are transfer cases thrust bearings and air conditioning compressors. Standard material is SAE 1010 steel, heat treated to HRC 58 min per SAE J86. We can also offer lower cost plastic cages made from nylon 6/6 in proper applications. Our company’s two-piece assemblies provide extra lubrication potential. Our experts can also provide thrust races or plates as required.
